Having worked with students for over 15 years at The Guildhall School of Music and Drama I have had the privilege to work with some very talented students. But I have also learned how important speech choice is, the detailed work on those speeches and above all, confidence. I believe I can bring out the very best in my students encouraging self direction and an in depth knowledge of themselves as actors so that they stand the very best chance of securing a place at Drama school.

WHAT I OFFER

1. One to One Bespoke coaching classes

Bespoke acting classes tailored to your individual needs. Building confidence and providing professional advice. Specialising in audition technique.

2. Drama school applicants

A structured series of one to one sessions. An introductory meeting to discuss individual needs. A series of one hour or two hour sessions working on speeches for drama school auditions. This will cover advice about choice of monologues (Classical and Modern), about what different drama schools look for, how to manage group auditions, movement and voice and how to cope with nerves. Ultimately ensuring that the student has the best possible chance of getting into drama school.

3. Film acting

One to one sessions and groups of two students. Focussing on film technique and learning how to self direct. Camera is provided so students can learn by watching playback of themselves.
